Filmmaker Brendan 'Spookie' Daly, founder of Thunderbolt Productions, is a native of Boston and has been writing, producing, directing and editing music videos, short films, documentaries, television programs and commercials for the past eight years.

Spookie has created music videos for some of today's popular artists, both label and independent, including JJ Grey and MOFRO, You Scream I Scream, and Toubab Krewe as well as for Grammy Award winning Reggae legend Toots and The Maytals and Rock 'N' Roll hall of famer Booker T. Jones of Booker T. and the MG's. His work is shown on major broadcast networks including MTV, MTV 2, MTV U, FUSE, MUCH Music, MTV Latin America, as well as on the hottest music video websites on the Internet.

Previously, Spookie was a songwriter and touring musician with his band Spookie Daly Pride. He has appeared on A and E's 'Breakfast With The Arts' and has performed at the ESPN X-Games and ESPN Great Outdoor Games and with such popular acts as The Foo Fighters, Kid Rock, Busta Rhymes, Primus and Gavin DeGraw. His songs and music production have been used in major motion pictures (National Lampoon's Gold Diggers, National Lampoon's Barely Legal, and more) and on network television (ALIAS {ABC}, ESPN, MTV) and have received extensive radio play throughout the United States.

In 2011, Spookie's first feature film, a concert/documentary hybrid about JJ Grey, which Spookie produced and directed, will be released nationally and distributed in conjunction with Alligator Records and Warner Music Group.
